AI Operations Academy was founded by Jader Fonseca Silva, an AI Evaluation professional whose career began in the humanities. After discovering that skills such as interpretation, language, critical thinking, and careful judgment were directly applicable to AI work, he transitioned into multilingual LLM evaluation, data labeling, model benchmarking, and structured AI assessment.

AI Operations Academy was founded by Jader Fonseca Silva, an AI Evaluation professional with a humanities background. His transition into multilingual LLM evaluation, data labeling, and model benchmarking inspired the Academy’s mission: helping humanities and language professionals apply their existing strengths to AI Operations.

The Academy was created to help other humanities and language professionals recognize, develop, and redirect those same strengths toward practical opportunities in AI Operations.
